The price applicable to the order request made by the USER will be that stated at the time of accepting the General Contract Conditions.

Shipping costs for destinations other than the peninsula (Spanish territory) and the Balearic Islands vary depending on the volume of the order items and specific requirements for international shipments. Expenses for peninsula
If the order is less than € 19, the shipping costs will be € 4.95 VAT included
If the order is over € 19, the shipping costs will be FREE
Expenses for Balearic Islands
If the order is less than € 29, the shipping costs will be € 8.95 VAT included
If the order is over € 29, the shipping costs will be FREE
For Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands you will have to contact us to inform them of the rates
The transport agency will deliver the merchandise from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Warehouse orders will not be shipped nor will merchandise be distributed to customers Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
Cash on delivery shipments carry a 3% commission on the total order, with a minimum of € 3.00 in collection management expenses charged by the transport company. There are products that we will not be able to serve by cash on delivery or a deposit will be requested as a signal. In this case we will contact you for a change in the form of payment or the cancellation of the order. This service will only be carried out in Spain peninsula area.

GERMANY, FRANCE. In ITALY the postage is € 14.95 and the carrier time is 5 to 7 business days.
PAYMENT METHODS
We inform you about the different ways to make payments for your orders:
.- Cash on delivery. You pay for the order when the shipping company delivers it to you. This form of payment carries a 3% commission on the total order, with a minimum of € 3.00 in collection management expenses charged by the transport company.
.- Bank transfer or deposit. With this form of payment you make the payment in advance, either by transferring the amount of the order from your bank or by making the deposit at the counter at one of the Caixabank branches. You must bear in mind that if the transfer is between different entities, it will take 3 or 4 days to confirm the deposit. It will be at this time when your order is confirmed and will leave our facilities.

.- Credit card. This form of payment is immediate, totally secure and verified by the Caixabank payment gateway. All payments made through this form of payment will be validated by your bank and if accepted it will be sent to us automatically and instantly. On certain occasions, a security code is required to be able to make this type of online payment. Consult your bank if you do not know your security code. VISA / VISA Electron and MasterCard / Maestro cards are accepted.
.- PayPal. Secure payment solution that allows buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. You do not need to enter bank details, it is only required that you have a Paypal account created and you can make payments by entering only your email and password. The commission charged by Paypal will be added to the payment price, which would be 3.4% + € 0.35 fixed fee.
GUARANTEE.
All the products marketed by iniensosnamaste.es enjoy the warranty period established by the manufacturer.
The warranty covers both labor and parts to be replaced, except for those cases in which the manufacturer stipulates other terms.
The guarantee will be invalidated in the following cases:
• Shock and / or improper transport.
• Improper manipulation.
• Defective installations and / or installation errors.
• Incorrect supply voltage.
• Handling by personnel other than the manufacturer's SAT, or handling of any seal.
• Damage due to natural phenomena or affecting the electricity supply.
The repair time and the classification of the fault and whether or not it is covered by the guarantee, is evaluated by the official SAT of the manufacturer.
To carry out the repairs, the official SAT of the manufacturer may replace parts or the total replacement as it deems appropriate.
All repairs must be authorized by iniensosnamaste.es. The customer must request an RMA number by e-mail to info@inciensosnamaste.es indicating the problem with the product.
Once the client has received the RMA number, they must pack the products correctly and send them to the address specified by iniensosnamaste.es or the manufacturer. The costs of this transport will be borne by the customer.
iniensosnamaste.es will return the product, once repaired, freight prepaid (only Spain) if it is under warranty or postage due if it is out of warranty.
In case of defective product, iniensosnamaste.es will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the customer and user. Inciensosnamaste.es is responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery. The client and user must inform Inciensosnamaste.es of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
CANCELLATIONS.
In the case of canceling the order, we will pay you the total of the order including the shipping costs. You can cancel your order at any time, always before we notify you that the order has been sent and is already in the possession of the transport agency. In this case, you can request a return but keep in mind that we will no longer be able to pay you the shipping costs.
RETURNS.
iniensosnamaste.es offers the possibility of returning products within the first 14 business days, for whatever reason, from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer, and provided that the conditions set out on this page are met.
To make a return you always have to contact us in advance to accept the return. Only previously authorized returns will be accepted. Once authorized, you will be assigned a return number and the data for the shipment will be indicated.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. Otherwise iniensosnamaste.es reserves the right to reject the return.
Returns must be delivered at destination within 14 business days after the date of acceptance of the return. Always freight prepaid. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.
Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if so indicated.
The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer. The amount of the transport of the first delivery already made will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
Payments via bank transfer for returns will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try not to delay more than 14 days
