Expenses for peninsula
If the order is less than € 29, the shipping costs will be € 4.95 VAT included

Expenses for Balearic Islands

If the order is over € 39, the shipping costs will be FREE
For Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands you will have to contact us to inform them of the rates
The transport agency will deliver the merchandise from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Warehouse orders will not be shipped nor will merchandise be distributed to customers Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
Cash on delivery shipments carry a 3% commission on the total order, with a minimum of € 3.00 in collection management expenses charged by the transport company. There are products that we will not be able to serve by cash on delivery or a deposit will be requested as a signal. In this case we will contact you for a change in the form of payment or the cancellation of the order. This service will only be carried out in Spain peninsula area.

GERMANY, FRANCE. In ITALY the postage is € 14.95 and the carrier time is 5 to 7 business days.
RETURNS.
Inciensosnamaste.es. offers the possibility of returning products within the first 14 business days, for whatever reason, from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer, and provided that the conditions set forth on this page are met.
To make a return you always have to contact us in advance to accept the return. Only previously authorized returns will be accepted. Once authorized, you will be assigned a return number and the data for shipping will be indicated.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. Otherwise Inciensosnamaste.es reserves the right to reject the return.
Returns must be delivered at destination within 14 business days after the date of acceptance of the return. Always freight prepaid. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.
Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if so indicated.
The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer. The amount of the transport of the first delivery already made will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
Payments via bank transfer for returns will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try not to delay more than 14 days
